The Summer Theatre Arts Program in Mt. Sinai, NY, will be doing my one-act "To Absent Friends" July 23. This is one of my earliest plays, written in the early '80s, but it's still going strong!
I was at the William Inge Theatre Festival in Independence Kansas, this April for a reading of my one-act "Johnny Shoemaker." I met so many good theatre people there and had a great time. Then it was on to the Last Frontier Theatre Conference in Valdez, Alaska, in June where I had the first public presentation of my new play: A reading of "The Feral Child." A great reading and a great conference! You'll be hear more about "The Feral Child" soon.
